Day One Hundred And Twenty-Seven

May 17, 2011

Does anyone else think that this is weird? I was at the train station with Kate Barr and these are just random pedestrians waiting for the train.
Notice that they are all looking at me? (By the way, I was just pointing my camera in random places toward them because I wanted a picture with people in it.)
And this is what I get.
AWESOME! :D

Day One Hundred And Twenty-Six

May 16, 2011

I am doing a project for Photo Studio, and we have to do something called exhaustion. We pick a medium sized object, and basically take photos of it in different ways.
This was taken in the photo studio at my school, just to show what the object looks like.
So here ya go!

Day One Hundred And Twenty-Five

Not that great of a picture. But Steve Menke was waiting for the train to go back home and I decided to capture it.

Day One Hundred And Twenty-One

May 11, 2011

This was taken on the day that was very hot because it was so humid. I was only outside for 10 minutes and I was sweating like no other, so I went back inside.
This is what I got out of those 10 minutes.
:P

Shot with a Nikon D3 and 28-70mm wide-angle zoom lens. Settings: f/8.0, 1/100sec, ISO1250.

Day One Hundred And Twenty

May 10, 2011

I know it's blurry and has no focus point. No, that was not my intention, a bee landed on my arm and I didn't want it to sting me, so I moved right when I took the picture.
But I feel like it adds a certain mood to this picture.
Thanks Dana for helping me on how to edit this.
:]

Shot with a Nikon D3 and 28-70mm wide-angle zoom lens. Settings: f/2.8, 1/125sec, ISO400.
Edited with Lightroom3.

Day One Hundred And Nineteen

May 9, 2011

I'm sorry if you get mad at me that I have a picture of your bum on my blog. But I love the colors in the pictures and how well they compliment each other!
I love you!
:D

Shot with a Nikon D3 and 24-70mm wide-angle zoom lens. Settings: f/9.0, 1/200sec, ISO100.

Day One Hundred and Eighteen

Day One Hundred And Seventeen

May 7, 2011

My mother recently got a bird feeder right outside our bay window because as she says, "It's like having pet birds, but without the mess!"
She would get so excited when she would see birds eating from the feeder! She would even have to look up to see what type of birds they were.
So, for my mother, I decided to start taking pictures of the birds. This one was the best one just because I was able to capture the seed in the birds mouth.

Day One Hundred And Sixteen

May 6, 2011

I ended up going over to my friend, Jen Groth's, house for her birthday. (Happy Birthday Girlie!).
It was girl's night, and while we were taking a cig break in the kitchen, Kalin Garvins, was deciding to play with her smoke. Haha
Love you girls and miss you already!

Day One Hundred and Fifteen

May 5, 2011

I was walking in the woods and found this on a log.
I am still in question if these are from a human or a dog?
What do you think?

Shot with a Nikon D3 and 24-70mm wide-angle zoom lens. Settings: f/8.0, 1/125sec, 200ISO.

Day One Hundred And Fourteen

May 4, 2011

Yes Kate Barr, I ended up retaking this photo. :]

Taken with a Nikon D3 and 60mm micro lens. Settings: f/3.2, 1/100sec, 640ISO.
Edited in Lightroom3.

Day One Hundred And Thirteen

May 3, 2011

BEWARE for those with sensitive stomachs!
Yes, this is a rabbit cut in half.
After the landlord cut the grass, this ALREADY DEAD rabbit, basically became decapitated.
When I first saw it, I was disgusted by it, but I found myself staring at this; not in a disgusted way but more interested.

Shot with a Nikon D3 and 24-70mm wide-angle zoom lens. Settings: f/2.8, 1/100sec, 1250ISO.
Edited in Lightroom3.

Day One Hundred And Twelve

May 2, 2011

This is more of an inside joke with where I work, The Cage. Because we work at a school, we cannot swear as much as we usually do. So, our boss, Steve, decided to make a swear jar! Kate Barr thought it would be a good idea to just use her debit card to put credit for her swears. Obviously.. does not work.
:]

Shot with a Nikon D3 and 60mm micro lens. Settings: f/3.2, 1/100sec, 640ISO.

Day One Hundred And Eleven

May 1, 2011

I ended up going for a walk to the mailbox and I ended up seeing this squirrel just staring at me.
It's not that great of a picture, it's shaky and not clear. I tried to clear it up, but it didn't work as well as I'd hoped. I didn't realize this until I put the image on my computer. But oh well! :]

Shot with a Nikon D3 and 85mm lens. Settings: f/6.3, 1/100sec, 100ISO.

Day One Hundred And Ten

April 30, 2011

Shot with a Nikon D3, 24-70mm wide-angle zoom lens, and SB-800. Settings: f/2.8, 1/100sec, 100ISO
