Today was very interesting I must say. Not exactly what I had hoped for the first day of my 365 project.
I had work 7:45am until 2pm, and had to stay an hour later because Steve(my boss,) always has meetings for us at work in the beginning of the quarter. Then I headed to CarX for a much needed oil change and was told that I needed new tires because mine were going bad(keep in mind that I JUST got tires a little over a month ago). The mechanic said I would have to pay $500 for tires and $75 for alignment. Really?! Just because I am a girl, doesn’t mean that I am stupid!
Anyways, by the time they finished changing my oil, it was already getting dark out. And I was already disappointed that I had forgotten my camera at home, so I tried to drive as fast as I could in this horrible weather before the sun came down. I got ready to be outside for a while and by the time I got outside, it was already dark! I was so ready to give up this 365 but I am refusing to give this up already!
So after a long time being outside, driving here, driving there; I finally found something somewhat interesting! And this is what I came up with. Not my best, I know. But Hey! That’s what 365 is all about! To get better at taking photographs.

P.S. I would have had this posted before 12AM if:
1. I knew how to upload an image. (it took me a couple tries to finally figure it out)
2. My internet wasn’t slow!
3. I didn’t spend so much time writing this blog. :)

I really like this shot. I really dig the shadows of the chains and the "shading" that the snow has. It's kind of haunting and I love the spooky quality it has.
